Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for engagements with Auvix Technologies Limited. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and your statement of work.

1. How our billing works

For standard engagements we do not take deposits. You are invoiced once you have accepted the completed work, with payment due within 14 days. Because you review and accept before paying, most disputes are resolved before any money changes hands.

2. Cancelling before work begins

You can cancel a planned engagement at any time before we start, at no cost. Simply let us know in writing at info@auvix-technologies.co.uk.

3. Cancelling during an engagement

If you cancel while work is underway, we will agree a fair charge for the work completed and documented up to that point, based on the deliverables produced rather than hours spent. Any work you pay for is handed over to you.

4. The results guarantee

For eligible packages that carry a written results guarantee — such as qualifying AI Automation engagements — if we do not deliver the agreed result within the stated period, we refund the setup fee, subject to the specific conditions in your statement of work. The guarantee covers only the outcomes and timeframe described there and assumes we had the access and information needed to deliver.

5. Faulty or non-conforming work

If a deliverable does not match what was agreed in your statement of work, tell us and we will correct it. Where we cannot bring the deliverable in line with what was agreed, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund of the fee for that deliverable.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@auvix-technologies.co.uk with your engagement reference and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and to resolve refund requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
